不同院校的提前面试在英语能力测试的环节存在一定差异，但最常见的形式是现场即兴问答和抽题问答。这两种考核形式比较类似，题目大致都可以分为：自我介绍类、职业类、非职业类。
本期主要和大家分享如何攻克非职业类常见考题。非职业类题目可能涉及到个人生活类、性格类、学习类、社会时事类等。考官希望通过这样的题目来了解考生的性格、个人素质、家庭背景、学习能力和态度、对时事的关注度和见解等。

个人生活类
该类题目可能会就家乡、家庭、个人兴趣爱好等方面进行提问。在回答该类问题的时候，大家要注意体现出自己正能量的一面以及比较积极向上的生活态度。
如果老师的提问与家乡或家庭相关，建议大家表现出对家乡和家庭的热爱；如果被问及平常的兴趣爱好或业余生活等，也尽可能体现出自己有能力有效地利用工作以外的时间做一些有意义的事情。

性格类
本类题目旨在了解你在自己或者他人眼中是一个什么样的人，具备什么样的缺点和优点，你的性格以及优缺点是否适合成为一个优秀的管理者。
回答这类问题建议大家尽量展现出自己的优势。同时，面对自己的劣势需要展现出足够的认知，以及告诉考官你正在努力克服某些缺点。

Personally, I think everyone has his or her own advantages and disadvantages.

（本题同时问到优点和缺点，要注意逻辑衔接。此外，回答缺点一方面要真实，另一方面也不能过于暴露一些“致命”缺点，同时还要表现出你正在自我提高。）
学习类
学习这个话题相关的题目可能包括未来该如何平衡工作和学习、学习规划、读研的原因、院校选择的考虑因素等。我们可以通过回答这些问题体现出自己具有良好的学习能力、努力学习的决心、良好的学习态度等。

这一类的话题难度相对较大，问到的可能性相对较小，但也建议大家提前了解一些时事相关热点词汇，如live streaming直播、digital currency数字货币、 electronic payment电子支付、artificial intelligence人工智能、epidemic prevention and control疫情防控等。

Well, it has posed a great challenge to the whole world. For example, for economy and society, many businesses have to be suspended, in particular those engaged in tourism industries.
（疫情是一个比较热门的时事话题，可以从宏观角度来谈疫情对整个世界和社会的影响，也可以结合自身的经历来谈对行业、企业以及个人的影响。）
